Reaching Goals

Reaching a goal takes n steps:
  1. Having a goal
  2. Remembering to do a task that brings you closer to goal
  3. Doing the task

We use a system called GoalPts. You assign a value to each task that brings you closer to a goal. Each day we help you track the points. You set them however you want and see visually whether you're moving closer or away from what's important to you.
