|Goal pts. are a point system to help you reach your goal.|
You set the values to whatever you want for each goal.
The system will tally up the number of points you get each day to give you a snapshot of the progress to your goals.
For more important tasks give them a higher goal pts. value.
For habits you're doing use a lower goal pts. value.
For habits to eliminate, give yourself negative points.
Some people use 1 - 10. I use a value of 1 - 100, but feel free to use any values you'd like.
Reduce points that you can easily achieve and rais pts. for goals that are harder.
Give yourself pts. for just working towards goal so you see progress.
